He ensured that I had information about the hiring company to ensure it was something I felt I wanted to pursue. Chris Jones was amazing from start to finish. I have been with my current employer for 9 years and wasn’t looking to change careers at all. My current employer announced that our doors would be closing in 6 weeks. To say I panicked would be an understatement. I received a call from Chris on Tuesday morning, for a position I went home on Monday and applied for. He walked me through what the company was looking for and thought I was an excellent match. He help me "upgrade" my resume, and sent it off to the company. I heard back on Wednesday afternoon and received an interview Friday, followed by a second interview the following week and a “shadow” day the next week. Through it all Chris would check in and see how I felt after each interview and gave me great feedback. Chris sent me words of encouragement before each interview also.
