About Me
Srinivas “Bob” has 30+ years of experience in Consulting /Staffing/Contracting/ CAD/CAM Engineering/Programming/Lead/Testing Manager in Information Technologies (IT) and Mechanical Engineering disciplines for various clients and companies across the USA, Canada, and India.
Srinivas “Bob” holds a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from U.V.C.E. University, Bangalore, 1990, and a Master’s degree in Computer Science from University of Advancing Technology, Arizona, 2012.
He has extensive experience in permanent and contract staffing in IT and engineering in USA and Canada.

Srinivas “Bob’ is married and has two daughters. His wife is a QA manager working in Phoenix, Arizona, and his daughters are studying in the tenth and twelfth grades in Scottsdale, Arizona.
Srinivas “Bob” enjoys traveling between the summer home in Kitchener, ON, Canada, a winter home in Phoenix, AZ, USA, and his vacation home in Bangalore, India.

Chris Jones was amazing from start to finish. I have been with my current employer for 9 years and wasn’t looking to change careers at all. My current employer announced that our doors would be closing in 6 weeks. To say I panicked would be an understatement. I received a call from Chris on Tuesday morning, for a position I went home on Monday and applied for. He walked me through what the company was looking for and thought I was an excellent match. He help me "upgrade" my resume, and sent it off to the company. I heard back on Wednesday afternoon and received an interview Friday, followed by a second interview the following week and a “shadow” day the next week.
