I just wanted to give my take on the process of Chris Bousquet helping me and representing me during hiring for this position. Chris is a professional that knows this industry inside out. He knows the needs of employers and he senses which candidate is the best fit for the position at hand. He is very smart in assessing the situation and works on making sure that the end result is beneficial for both sides, the employer and the candidate. He knows how to inform the candidate, follows up with him or her on every step of the way before, during and after the interview process. He was always there to make sure he provided all the information needed about the company and the individuals that you are going to meet. I have been managing restaurants for over 20 years and couldn’t ask for a better industry professional to be represented by and I look forward to working with him again in the future, whether it be to represent me or represent a candidate that I may need to hire.
