In review of our Client’s needs, we help to establish a concise job description and a Client Data Summary in understanding all Client expectations. We look to identify any challenges that our Clients have when it comes to sourcing the proper candidate. We pay attention to the details.
As Franchise Owner and National Recruiter, we get to help our Clients find that A- Level talent for the Restaurant, Hotel, Casino, Cruise Ship, Travel & Tourism and other Hospitality Venues including Contract Food Services and Retail Concepts.
Once engaged in the search we provide our Client with a single point of contact as an Account Manager to assist with all communication when it comes to new open positions, positions closed, or positions filled. The Account Manager handles all candidate submissions, coordination of interview thru a calendar invite, candidate debrief, or any Client Account Reviews
We are all cross trained to assist with the search thru a fourteen-point check system in identifying any series of knockout criteria to ensure the candidate being considered is an A-Level candidate. We do provide for a guarantee which will assure our Clients that we will do our absolute best in making sure the candidates have been screened properly and all reference checks have been completed.
We will provide for a concise resume format to include career progression, tenure, reasons for leaving, accurate start and end dates, and Like Concept and Like Title.
