Corina Mack is a LIFE SAVER!

I feel quite fortunate that I have many things to be thankful for-one of which is Corina Mack.  In October of 2022 the company I had been working at for 6 years went through a round of layoffs.  Unfortunately, my team was hit, and I no longer had a job.  In November of 2022 I lost my mother.  I was devastated and not in a good place.  I had a family, in which I was the breadwinner.  I was grieving and nervous about the future, Corina contacted me on January 3rd of 2023 via LinkedIn Chat.  She told me about a role with a great company and asked if I was interested.  We spoke the next day.  During my job hunt, I had not seen this position in my LinkedIn page, so I was really glad she had contacted me.  She explained how it was a position where you were able to play with data to create a story-Right up my alley!  Corina was very professional and yet personal at the same time.  Because of this, I felt comfortable explaining to her that I was actively interviewing at a couple of other companies.  I had a hunch that "the end was near" regarding a position for one of them.  She encouraged me and stated that if I was interested, I should give it a try even though the interview process may be on the longer side.  (The process ended up being 4 interviews which was about the same as most I found.) The interview process went amazing, and I owe a lot of that to Corina.  She knew the team and coached me on any topic that she thought I should bring to the forefront in conversation.  She was there to answer my questions, called to say, "I'm here" and texted "Good luck" before each interview.  I felt like I wasn't going at this alone which means a lot when you are going through the job search process.  I am now two months into my position, and I couldn't be happier.  The role is FABULOUS!   I feel challenged, however the role is within my skillset and something I genuinely enjoy.  She knew the company and the culture to a tee, and I cannot say how lucky I feel that Corina contacted me.

P.S. ~

If Corina contacts you….just say "when and where"  :)

Many Thanks,

Keely Monahan

So grateful for Corina Mack!

I am so grateful and thankful that Corina Mack reached out to me. I have had many companies that have tried, but she tops the cake. She is nothing short of a fabulous person and very knowledgeable in every aspect of the word. No matter what time of the day or evening, she made herself available to my big or even little questions. When I was skeptical she calmed my nerves and was very OPEN AND HONEST. These traits are hard to come by now a days. Her integrity and honesty should be only one of the many reasons you work with her! THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR ALL YOU HAVE DONE AND BOSTON LOOKOUT BECAUSE I'M HERE!!!     Sincerely, Misty C.

Corina Mack found my perfect fit!

I have been fortunate enough to have met Corina Mack as a hospitality colleague over 20 years ago. As she transitioned out of day-to-day restaurant operations and into a role of placing talented candidates in challenging roles, it has remained very clear to me that her passion for understanding people, her superlative listening skills, and her determination to do the best work possible has made our industry a better and more capable place to practice our vocation. After having lost my job with a startup in March, Corina reached out to me with prospects on several occasions, always beginning with honest, direct questions to determine my level of comfort with an opportunity. Corina worked hard to tailor each possible placement with roles that would benefit from my experience and salaries, incentives and benefits that best represented my worth. I would like to add how much I appreciated her emphasis on communicating the importance of a work/life balance to the prospective employers with which I interviewed. At the end of the month, I will be stepping into a leadership role with an established hospitality brand I scarcely could have imagined working with even a year ago. I am beyond excited and grateful for the personal and professional growth opportunities this position is presenting. I can confidently say that Corina Mack’s dedication and determination had everything to do with the thrilling opportunity before me.   ~ JD Fratzke
