I am a Franchise Owner and Executive Recruiter with over 26 years in the hospitality industry. Former owner and operator of a full-service restaurant in a high-end resort town, catering to locals and tourists alike. I then built a career at the Park Hyatt in Human Resources developing top talent for their 5-star resort. My next step was into the Luxury Travel space where I hired, trained and developed a team of expert account managers to work with the luxury traveler creating once in a lifetime experiences. As a training and development professional, my career has been dedicated to being a coach, mentor and an expert in identifying and developing the skills necessary to succeed in the ever-changing Hospitality industry.
