Mandy Giust

My career path has been far from traditional. I began in elementary education, shifted to higher education, landed in grant management, and finally shifted to franchise ownership. I understand the fear and anxiety behind switching careers and I also understand that every career decision results in a reward on the other side. My goal when working with potential candidates is to be the support that I wish I had when I was gearing up for a huge life change.

My educational background is in human resource development, however, my practical knowledge is in working directly with people. My past careers involved a mixture of several different tasks that have made me who I am today. I was previously in charge of hiring and training staff, developing community partnerships, resume and cover letter building, and mentoring people from all walks of life. This unique skill set provides me the tools to work with clients and job candidates alike. I meet every person I speak to where they are at and actively listen to the needs of the individual or business.

Coming from an education background, I am not your traditional recruiter. My passion is in helping people achieve their goals. Whether you are looking to apply to a new job or are actively looking to hire someone for a job, you can expect dedication, respect, and professionalism from me. I pride myself on quick response times and high levels of organization. I also have a teacher’s memory so I will always remember that last conversation we had.
