Both Nicholas and Leah join the Patrice and Associates firm with a BS in Accounting and Financial Management from Hiram College. Additionally, Nicholas has an MBA from Cleveland State University.
From Nicholas himself:
I have spent the past 8+ years in HR consulting and leadership roles spanning from private equity to fortune 500 companies. Throughout those years, I have gained immensely valuable experience, not only in the recruiting function specifically, but more so in the areas of retention, team building, change management, organizational culture development, and talent optimization.
Prior to these roles, I spent several years in customer service centric positions in the telecommunications, insurance, and financial services industries. My earliest jobs as a teenager and into early adulthood, however, were all in the food service industry.
It’s this unique breadth and depth of experience and education that enables me to provide truly well-rounded and insightful support to any client. I take a partnership approach to consultancy so that my own success is qualified only by the success of my client. There are few things that match the satisfaction I get when I can make a positive, lasting impact on a person, process, or business. This mindset is always reflected in the service I provide.
From Leah herself:
I have over 8 years of experience working in the Accounting & Finance industry. In that time, I progressed from entry level accountant up to Unit Controller. Prior that that, I worked in the bar & food service industry for 15+ years starting at the age of 15. After much deliberation, I decided it was time for something new and to go back to some of my roots.
I’ve worked in most all service industry positions you can imagine. From front of the house (hostess, server, bartender, bar manager) to back of the house (cook, fry cook, prep cook). I look forward to this journey of meeting candidates and clients, learning what their needs are, and fulfilling these to the best of my abilities. With my right-hand man, Nicholas, I know we can make a positive impact on so many people’s lives.
