His friendly, caring demeanor combined with his analytical thought process allows him to approach people with a supportive can-do attitude and distinctive problem-solving skills. He earned his MBA in 2018 from TWU and set out to accomplish business ownership, a lifelong goal. Now, he is making that goal a reality by providing life changing services that help people achieve their goals, both personally and professionally. His experience in the HR world has given him a unique knowledge to draw on when placing top talent in the Hospitality Industry. A Texas native, Kyl has lived in the Denton area for more than 10 years with his family and the DFW metroplex for most of his life. His familiarity of the area has enabled him to better understand the needs of the businesses around him while being able to connect with the people he serves. His favorite career perk thus far is the ability to build and cultivate long lasting relationships with the people he meets and help them succeed.
