AJ Girardi
AJ graduated from Manhattanville College with a degree in Financial Management. He then spent the better part of 30+ years in the Food Service/Hospitality Field. Building great teams with hard working, dedicated people was always a driving force of his success. He started as a Banquet Manager. Over the years, he moved through the ranks, working in varying aspects of the hospitality industry. He moved through the ranks and held various leadership positions, as Food Service Director, Group Manager, to a Resident District Manager. His work spanned the tri state area of New York, New Jersey, Connecticut, Massachusetts and various areas along the East Coast
Today, AJ resides alongside his college sweetheart and two children in Virginia Beach.
Karen Girardi
Formally Karen Franchi, Karen was a prominent business owner in Worcester, MA. She began her career at 20 years of age in the male dominated industry of Auto Body and Repair Services. She quickly developed a reputation as a formidable business women. She was a principal in a family run business that grew to be one of the largest auto repair shops in Worcester County. She began an independent appraisal service and instituted an auto rental company to help serve her clients better.
She played a significant role on the board of directors at Worcester Vocational Technical High School.
Today, Karen resides with AJ in Virginia Beach. Semi-retired, she chose Patrice and Associates because she views recruiting as a great way to help great candidates and great clients come together. Changing peoples’ lives one at a time.
