David Hotovy is a one-of-a-kind gem, a true professional and a genuine person. David reached out to me via email as he saw my resume on indeed. He contacted me to set up a time for us to speak. This was no ordinary interview he asked questions to genuinely get to know me, and my professional and personal experience. We shared some laughs, experiences, and some goals. Within hours David had prepared my information to submit to the client and less than 24 hours after, I had an interview. The day of the interview David called me not only as a reminder but also to provide his support and encouragement (5 star service) which he did for both interviews that I had. 4 hours after my last interview I received an offer and David was there to help me weigh the offer against what was best for my family.
