When Caleb started in the Hospitality industry he started as a server. It was supposed to be a part time gig after college to help get his feet on the ground, but his love of people and the joy of making them happy through the exceptional service he provided propelled him to bigger and better things. Within 3 months he was training new hires and within his first year in the restaurant world he was promoted to a supervisory role. From there he learned everything he could about the business as he worked his way up through the ranks to eventually become General Manager of the store he was originally hired in as a server.
In his 2 years as General Manager he was able to guide his team to increased sales and profitability in every major category by double digit percentages year over year. From there he took his winning strategy of team building, making connections and always striving to be better tomorrow to 2 other locations accomplishing the same results in both places.
