Generally, when having an interview, the interviewer tends to be very abrupt and monotone. This was not my experience when speaking with Paige. She was able to speak about my experience and work history by asking all the right questions. In the event I missed a topic she made sure to circle back with the questions so she could have all the information. Paige was very diligent in following up with me on the next steps and giving great feedback. She was in my opinion instrumental to me joining my next work family.
