About Heather Haas

Heather joined Patrice & Associates as a Franchisee in 2012. As a Staffing Supervisor, she recruited and coached candidates through the entire hiring process to find the opportunities that fit them best. She cultivated long-term relationships with clients by gaining an in-depth understanding of their business and their staffing needs.

As a Retail Manager, Heather has more than 10 years of store management and multi- unit management experience. She was responsible for recruiting, training, career development, business planning, P&L management for over $12 million and new store openings for both corporate and franchise locations.

Heather spent 6 years coordinating fundraisers to help raise research funds and raise awareness in the autism community. She continues to be active in the autism community to help raise awareness.

Heather studied Business Management at Rock Valley College and Southern Illinois University.
