Kent is an avid gardener, rancher, and enjoys the outdoors (leisure and working). Kent loves animals and can count nearly 100 different species living on his Ranch (including dogs, cats, ducks and chickens which always need to eat and drink, sigh – but other great wild animals like River Otters, Foxes, Cranes, Turtles, Bass, and White-Tail Deer). Working with Jessica and Gail has been fantastic, we all like to travel mixing work with leisure. We enjoy seeing the world, and the many beaches around the world during our vacations.
Jessica loves to travel and has been to over 20 countries so far. She really enjoys life and likes talking with people from many different backgrounds. A Colorado Native, born and raised, she loves to walk, hike, and see the great outdoors. Her work history is almost completely in recruiting and has placed over 500 candidates in her career. She also likes the finer things in life, including champagne, caviar, and nice handbags!
She has a degree from CSU in Industrial/Organizational Psychology. Her passion is learning, particularly with work place motivation and theories of leadership.
Gail Sieckman has a Human Resource, Office Manager and Recruiting background. 3 Gail worked for a Ski Film Company hiring staff and assisting with running the daily office management. Gail also worked in the Talent Acquisition Division for a premier mountain resort company.
