Hello all. My name is Conroy Hosier Jr. I am a father, mentor, coach, author, soon-to-be podcaster and public speaker, now turned recruiter. I have always been in the people business because I am naturally a people person. I enjoy seeing people have success in whatever they do and being able to assist in any way. I cannot wait to become impactful to others through what I do with my new Patrice & Associates Family! I came into this opportunity by way of heartbreak. I recently loss my wife, after a battle with breast cancer. We have a son, who we have homeschooled his entire life. I knew I needed to find a career that would allow me to continue what my wife sacrificed for. Because of the many roles I’ve had and many companies/industries I have worked in, my wife used to tell me that I would make a great owner, if I was to ever run my own company.
This life-changing situation has opened the door for that opportunity and here I am going through that door! Helping people has been something that comes natural for me, ever since my childhood. Having the ability to either make someone’s life easier or better makes me so excited to get to work, since the reward goes beyond the financial blessings. The only thing I need to look out for is getting to ahead of myself because I want to get jobs filled and people hired yesterday! I know that I am where I need to be and my son agrees as well (I’m sure my wife is too!). I am eternally grateful for being one of the newest family members of the P&A Family and can’t wait to work with everyone!
