Helen’s hands-on, direct experience in the hospitality industry makes her uniquely qualified to identify top talent for her nationwide clients. Helen leads a team of professional recruiters in Elk Grove who find and place hospitality professionals all across North America. As an Account Manager to some of the world’s most respected and iconic hospitality brands, her clients know they can rely on Helen and her team to find the right fit at the right time. With some of Chicagoland’s leading hospitality recruiting professionals, the office combines over 23 years of hospitality experience and over 25 years in staffing and recruiting to assist our candidates’ and client’s needs.
Helen has led teams in such roles as General Manager and Restaurant Manager in both Restaurants and Hotel Chains, as well as serving as a Branch Manager and Area Manager with some of the nation’s most widely recognized staffing leaders. Helen is a P&A Franchise Advisory Council member, an adjunct Patrice & Associates Academy instructor, and a mentor to new P&A franchisees and Regional Developers. She has earned recognition as Franchisee of the Year multiple times and is consistently recognized as one of the Top Producers in the company.
