She has worked in retail, staffing, and sales positions, always working to make sure she understands exactly what people need and how to get that done for them. Her passion for understanding people’s desires and drives, and her ability to connect with anyone, give her insights that further those connections.
Matt spent 20 years working in the restaurant industry, working his way up from the dish room, working and training people in every position in the restaurant. His greatest success came when he trained and mentored people to take over management positions. After his time in restaurants, he worked in Operations and Human Resources, expanding on his passion for developing and training people. Matt’s love for mentoring has given him many opportunities for leadership and coaching. His belief is that teaching is a chance to help others find their passion as well.
