Melissa graduated from Villanova University with a Master of Science in Human Resource Development. Most recently in her career, she worked for a leading Human Resources Consulting Firm in southern New Hampshire. In her position, she supported clients in the areas of recruitment, compliance, and compensation. Melissa brings with her over 15 years of hospitality experience specializing in various areas of the industry from casual dining to contract food service. She also graduated from Johnson & Wales University with a Bachelor of Science in Food Service Management and an Associates Degree in Restaurant Management.
Melissa’s experience within the realm of human resources and hospitality has given her the keen ability to appreciate and understand her clients and candidates from an insider perspective.
