Timothy Walker is the definition a good helping hand!!!
He has a plethora of good qualities and a ton of experience. I will list all the qualities he displayed and 2 examples as to why it was important and how it helped.
Timothy was patient, persistent, ethical, understanding, professional, well-spoken, "firm but fair", understanding, proactive, a good listener, respectful, detailed, thorough, specific, diligent, and didn't make you feel like you're just another number on his spreadsheet.
1st example) He reigned me in early on in a firm but fair way. It was artful, respectful and I'm a better person for it. Look at the results!!! It turned out better than both of us had thought. He advised, I listened then followed through to the letter, combined with who I am and what I'm about vs me just going at it alone like at the outset.... hence him having to be firm but fair.
He's the big bother type you always needed just didn't know was there.
2nd example)
He was ethical to the "T". By nature I have high morals and I am an ethical person and I can spot the opposite in an instant. The way he coached me didn't have a trace of underhanded behavior, negativity, two-facedness or selfishness. He always stated what he did, why he did, what was needed, delivered in writing what he accomplished and on time and a smile in his voice. It put me at ease the entire process.
He's a rare combination, but 100% the real deal.
I've actually already recommended him to a friend because of the above mentioned things. Wish you all the best in your business ventures Tim and even better in life.

Timothy Walker assisted with my job search during a very difficult time, in an ever more demanding industry.
