About Bruce Leininger

Bruce Leininger, founder of Accelerated Performance Resources LLC in 2003, is an experienced, results-driven human resources professional specializing in change management consulting. He is known for increasing employee productivity/talent retention, leadership development, and driving business transformation, which includes numerous acquisitions/mergers and a very successful IPO in Louisiana. He is also a Franchise Owner with Patrice and Associates the growing premier hospitality recruiting organization in the US.

Bruce graduated Magna Cum Laude and earned a certificate in the University Honors Program with a double major in Political Science and Russian Studies from Fairleigh-Dickinson University, Madison, NJ and holds a M. A. International Relations from Columbia University, New York, NY.

He is certified in Preventive Labor, Achievement TEC Assessments, behavioral interviewing methods, and Tom Peter’s Leadership Challenge Leadership Practices.

He has been a member of SHRM since 1992 and is a former Commissioner of the Louisiana Workforce Commission. Bruce is currently a member of the Workforce Development Committee of One Acadiana and the Co-Author “Soul Survivor”, a New York Times best seller, published in 15 countries.
