My entire professional career has been focused on leadership and helping others. After five years serving in the US Army I finished my bachelors in Nursing. I worked for several years in emergency and trauma surgery in a pediatric hospital. My next move was to a position in Human Resources at a fortune 400 company in Organizational Effectiveness. There I helped leaders be more effective, I helped the company plan and execute strategy and business planning. To ensure my nursing skills were not lost I joined the US Navy Reserves and continued my service in surgery helping battlefield wounded service members during the war. When I returned home the Navy was interested in my HR and Nursing skills but as a healthcare recruiter. I jumped at the opportunity to help build the ranks of Navy Medicine with qualified providers. I worked in Talent Acquisition Leadership for the next decade. I lead teams of recruiters to seek out and hire the best and brightest healthcare providers for our country. Now that my time on the Navy is over and I have retired I am looking forward to continuing to help others achieve their dreams. This is why I have joined the Patrice & Associates team. I have prided myself on mentoring young people to achieve their dreams. Aligning their skills and talents to the best fit career. The joy I see in their eyes when I have helped them succeed has driven me to my own success in recruiting. I know that this is what I am meant to do and I look forward to each day that I continue to help others.
