Karl Busch has an extensive background as an “architect” building, recruiting, and training high performing customer-focused management teams in a wide range of organizations and industries. Karl has hands-on expertise working with working with management teams to execute performance improvement strategies, design and deploy new processes to increase revenues, accelerate customer demand, and improve profits.
Karl has many years of performance consulting with Fortune 100 companies including Microsoft, American Express, Marriott Corporation, IBM, McDonald’s, Bristol Myers Squibb, US Bank, Siemens, Symantec, Aegon Insurance, and ADP. Throughout his career Karl has always believed developing people is equally as important as developing process; making sure top managers have the expertise and vision to lead transformational organization change, implement new innovative breakthroughs, and achieve their most important business and professional goals.
Prior to his management consulting career, Karl was Vice-President of Sales at O-Z/Gedney/General Signal Electrical Products in Farmington CT, Director of Human Resources for Nelson Electric in Tulsa OK, and Global Director of Procurement for Burndy Corporation in Norwalk CT. Karl has a Master’s degree in Organization Behavior; an Masters in Business Administration with a focus in Management and Information Systems; as well as extensive specialized study in sales process deployment in the U.S. and overseas.
