Cassandra is a Registered Health Information Administrator with twenty plus years of healthcare leadership and client management experience. She held various positions throughout her career but focused primarily on operations and client retention. She has worked closely with various sales teams, managed onsite and remote temporary and permanent staff, collaborated with recruiting departments and directly managed a talent acquisition team. In most recent years she managed multimillion dollar healthcare consulting contracts across the country. Her primary function has been to act as the conduit between operations and client to ensure all contract deliverables were being met and client expectations were exceeded. Her focus has been to problem solve and ensure all parties have a desirable outcome. Cassandra has the ability to work with front line staff to meet professional goals as well as executive leadership to meet organizational goals.
