Matthew comes to Patrice and Associates with 30 years of experience in the hospitality industry. Working in a myriad of different venues in 5 different states including; hotels, resorts, restaurants, arenas, concert halls, country clubs, retreat houses, convention centers, hospitality consulting, and Regional Corporate Chef for a senior living community corporation. Matthew has shown upward mobility throughout his career, starting as an intern, fresh out of culinary school, and ending up as a Corporate Executive Chef. Matthew has amassed a large network in the hospitality industry starting at the Sous Chef level up to high level executives, CEOs.
