My experience includes spearheading national recruitment teams within the healthcare and education sectors, where I’ve successfully filled roles spanning from entry-level positions to executive leadership. Collaborating with hiring managers to swiftly and effectively fill vacancies is a particular area where I thrive.
Beyond recruitment, I’ve had the opportunity to design and lead numerous training sessions focused on building robust candidate pipelines, implementing best practices in recruitment, and refining sourcing strategies. Additionally, I’ve played an instrumental role in establishing processes, policies, and procedures for burgeoning recruitment teams, contributing to their growth and success.
My educational background includes a bachelor’s degree in organizational communications and a master’s degree in Healthcare Administration from Ohio University.
