I am a certified Food Service Management Professional that understands the requirements of service and safety within the hospitality industry. As a Resident District Manager, supporting a fortune 100 company, while working for Compass Group, my experience also included creating and leading a center of excellence where employees learned best in class standards and practices within the hospitality field as well as teaching the importance of a strong business acumen.
Transitioning from the hospitality field to managing multiple real estate locations, including a world headquarters, for a fortune 100 company, as an Account Director, was an easy transition because of my extensive customer service background. Applying the principles of placing the customer first while driving the bottom line and supporting my team by creating a supportive environment allowed them to take care of their internal and external customers.
