With today’s unemployment rates so low and the demand for talent so high, we recruiters have a plethora of job openings we are looking to fill. However, the last thing that we want is to try and force connections between clients and candidates when it does not make sense for either party. An experienced and professional recruiter has almost a sixth sense on what combinations of personality, career experience, motivation, and culture fit will work best in filling a particular role.<\/p>\n
When we were recruiting for a unique Event Sales Manager opening, our co-owner Frank had a very targeted set of traits and attributes he was looking for. He found those in Ed, a candidate who was not actively looking but was open to hearing about something new.
