Position Overview & Responsibilities

YOUR ROLE WITH THE COMPANY: The Warehouse Kitchen Manager is responsible for overseeing the PM production team in daily breakdown, restocking of equipment and supplies, and the completion of food production and fulfillment.
  • Ensure accurate and timely delivery of quality meals
  • Hire, train and coach team members to comply with standard operating procedures and ensure the high level of performance
  • Uphold safety and sanitation best practices
  • Some basic cooking and food preparation skills

Position Requirements

  • 2 Years Kitchen Shift Manager experience with a foodservice/warehouse environment
  • Able to work under pressure with ease
  • Display strong interpersonal and organizational skills
  • Excellent leadership skills; able to motivate and lead a team
  • Bilingual English / Spanish a plus
