Position Overview & Responsibilities

The Vice President of Marketing is a key leadership position within the Brand/ Company. The VP is responsible for delivering results by building a nationally recognized and profitable Brand rooted in Local Store Success.

Position Requirements

  • MINIMUM 5 years multi-unit franchise brand experience (10+ years preferred) as a Marketing Leader
  • Proven ability to Maximize the Returns on Marketing Investments, as measured by Sales and New Trials
  • Strong working knowledge of all marketing/ advertising vehicles - Social, Digital, Traditional Media, etc
  • Track record of developing and implementing Strategic/ Tactical Marketing plans to achieve corporate objectives
  • Franchise Leadership - manage funds through Franchisor License Agreements, Franchise Licenses, etc
  • Create/ control Brand Imagery, manage Marketing for Franchise Sales/ Public Relations associated with Franchising
  • Create and utilize Big Data Programs for marketing and brand management; use KPI measurements, create/ use CRM/ POS data
  • Experience negotiating with Vendor Contracts; able to create/ execute 3-5-10 year Marketing Plans
  • Proven to be an effective Brand Team Leader who is Collaborative with experience Building Consensus
  • Understanding of Site and Trade Area Demographics
