Client OverviewOur client is the premier catering company of Minneapolis and St Paul. They have cateried the Super Bowl, Mall of America's Grand Opening, and the Republican National Convention. They operate 8 premier venues, and cater off-premise at private homes, corporate sites, and other venues.  The have locations in MN & FL and offering full service restaurant experiences as well as their catering expertise. Their catering is a scratch kitchen. Delivering cutting edge menu offerings. Each event has a different menu.

Position Overview & Responsibilities

  • Iconic Naples, FL Italian restaurant now hiring for SOUS CHEF. Candidates Will be passionate about food and food trends, and passionate about sharing this knowledge with others. Knowledge of Italian food & culture highly desirable.
    • Daily food production for high volume restaurant ($12 Million).
    • Train others to ensure consistency with menu items.
    • Hire, train, coach, and develop staff.
    • 100% scratch kitchen. Must be comfortable with all cooking techniques and butchering.
    • Work Closely with Executive Chef developing monthly specials.

Position Requirements

  • 3+ years of working in a high-volume kitchen – Chef driven concepts.
  • Passionate about food and new food trends. The qualified candidate will enjoy eating out and learning about upcoming food & beverage trends.
  • Ability to work days / nights / weekends / holidays.
  • Desire to train others.
  • Must be able to communicate with all levels of employees and guests.

  • I received a call from Clint, after he introduced himself he told me about a job he thought I would be perfect for. A franchise of the company I had previously worked for. What he was about to find out was I interviewed with them and tanked it. Yes, I tanked an interview with a company I spent 9 years working for.
