Maureen and Brian both grew up in Northern NJ, met in NYC and moved to Florida to begin a new chapter and decided to embark on a second career – together. They raised three children, have actively volunteered in both church and community and enjoyed fulfilling careers. Maureen, as a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) with Exxon, AT&T and Brian, as Technology Sales Director with IBM and Cisco Systems, Maureen graduated from Rosemont College in PA with BS in Accounting. Brian graduated from Le Moyne College in Syracuse, NY with a BS in General Business and from New York University (NYU) Stern School of Business in NYC with an MBA. Both Brian and Maureen worked in the hospitality business throughout our college years.
These experiences sharpened their people, analytical, and business judgement skills and it is at Patrice and Associates where they are putting these skills to good use for valued clients and candidates as talent acquisition specialists, career coaches and national staffing partners. Duke was always available. There were several times I made unscheduled calls and texts, and he always had time for me.I am grateful to have worked with Duke Witte during my search for employment. When I heard the word recruiter, I immediately put my guard up, but it quickly came down. Duke proved himself immediately as being in my corner, and that he had my best interests at heart. I explained to Duke upfront what’s important to me, my beliefs, and my interests. I was able to speak to Duke openly and comfortably. I’m a very private person, and Duke made me very comfortable by explaining his confidentiality process between prospect and recruiter. It has been awhile since I’ve had to look for work and be interviewed. I requested a mock interview with Duke, and it helped me. Jodi Furraitti at Patrice & Associates is absolutely fabulous!I could tell immediately that she loves what she does for her clients and really gets to know them in depth.
