    Melony McFadden is truly a special person. 

    Melony McFadden was an absolute professional from the beginning to the end of my experience.  She came across an old resume of mine, and when she introduced herself and told me what she was calling about, I said "sure, I'll be interested, it never hurts to see what other opportunities are out there".  She explained what the place of employment was looking for, an experienced GM to hire, and that peaked my interest.  Not only that, Melony asked questions to get to know me on a personal level that made me feel very comfortable. Melony guided me through the whole process, made follow up calls, emails, texts, she truly wanted me to get the job.  As I went on the first interview, I told her everything went very well, and that I was going to be setup with a second interview with one of the owners, yes owners!!  The owners like to be involved in the hiring process of GM's, a few days went by and I didn't think I would get the call, but on a Friday evening the owner called me, and we spoke for about 30min.  I contacted Mel and told her I felt that it went ok, she said you got this!  Mel was always encouraging.  Monday morning I received an offer from the D.O., I contacted Mel immediately and thanked her for all her help, and told her what a blessing she was to me and my Family.  Mel helped me with negotiating my salary, and they offered me more than what I was asking.  I accepted the job, and I'm in my fourth week of training, with two more weeks until completion.  I will become the GM of the store I am assigned.  Mel has the right personality, and knowledge to do her job.  Thank you, Mel once again for all that you did to help me through this process, you are truly a blessing to me and my Family, and I pray that you are as blessed as I am.
