Position Overview & Responsibilities

  • Trains, develops, and coaches team members during assigned shift
  • Prepares food according to the orders for dine in, take out, or catering
  • Holds restaurant team accountable on their shift for consistently delivering excellent customer service and food quality in adherence with procedures and food safety requirements
  • Communicates directly with customers and responds to customer needs
  • Assigns tasks to team members during shift
  • Follows all cash handling procedures and ensure proper counts
  • Completes all administrative and office tasks for their shift

Benefits

  • Available the first of the month after 60 days

  • 10 days PTO prorated to start
  • Bonus for General Managers (no current program for AMs or Shift Leaders)

Position Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • A minimum of 6 months of current experience working in a fast-paced fast casual restaurant
  • Experience managing shifts (highly preferred)
  • Must be available and willing to work varying shifts including weekends and holidays
  • Able to provide or obtain any state-required food service certifications
  • Believe that challenging situations are an opportunity for learning and personal development
  • Have a detail-focused, results-driven attitude combined with the ability to effectively work and communicate with the team
  • Reliable transportation

    Jonathan Litt has been absolutely amazing during the process of getting me hired for a new position. I’ve been in hospitality for many years, as a Director of Finance in hotels. The last year and a half has been quite difficult, even for those of us who remained employed during the pandemic.
