Position Overview & Responsibilities

  • Responsibility assisting the GM with operations
  • Help recruit, hire, train, develop staff
  • Foster a fun, casual work environment while maintaining top-notch service
  • Demonstrate passion and commitment to employees and guests by maintaining positive relationships, store cleanliness, and helping out in any area of need
  • Community involvement

Benefits

  • 1. Aetna Health Care – Premium PPO (Self Only - $60 every 2 weeks – Full Family - $225 every 2 weeks)  Benefits start the 1st day of the month following first day worked. (EX: if one starts on Nov 15th, benefits start Dec 1st)
  • 2. PTO – 1-5 years = up to 120 hours, 5+ years = up to 160 hours
  • The training program is 12 weeks and may be asked to do some training in Dallas

  • At least 1 year of a supervisory role
  • Proven track record in leading and developing people
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Ability to measure employee performance
