Position Overview & Responsibilities

  • Work under the direction of the General Manager in running restaurant
  • Supervise hourly staff to ensure company policies & procedures are met consistently
  • Guide staff to ensure high quality service to guests
  • Greet guests, answer inquiries, and resolve issues
  • Participate in training, coaching and development of hourly staff
  • Participate in sales building initiatives
  • Building business through creative promotions and perfect execution
  • HR compliance, staff discipline
  • Ensure compliance in FOH
  • Some financial reporting
  • Other responsibilities as needed per company policy and state/federal regulations

Position Requirements

  • - 2+ years' of experience as a Restaurant Manager, Assistant Manager, FOH Manager, Bar Manager
  • Strong abilities in leadership and communication skills
  • Passion for service and uncompromising desire to serve the highest quality food
