Position Overview & Responsibilities

As a  Restaurant Service Manager you will work under the direction of the General Manager.  Key responsibilities include guest interaction, management of operating standards for service, facility and equipment in the restaurant, while ensuring staffing and training of the service team

Position Requirements

  • Good tenure at current employer (at least two years)
  • Strong operational knowledge
  • Experience with scratch-made kitchens a plus
  • Proven track record in increasing sales
  • Proven ability to build relationships with customers, vendors, and associates
  • Proven track record in having strong cost controls
  • Experience in coaching and corrective action
