Client OverviewOur Hospitality Client continues to grow at a fast pace with the addition of strong leadership to operate the restaurants. Their brand is very strong in all aspects of the business. This is a scratch kitchen concept because they believe in quality food. They also have two full bars in the newly designed facilities. Guest can enjoy the have open show kitchens, indoor/outdoor patios with garage doors wrapped around the entire area, and an incredible audio/video TV and music experience.

Position Overview & Responsibilities

  • Develop a staff of team players focused on guest service

  • Unfailing work ethic
  • Aptitude for scratch-made food and its production
  • Solid understanding of safe serving of alcohol
  • Creative thinker for daily bar specials
  • Can create a fun atmosphere in the restaurant for team and guests
  • Responsible for scheduling all front of the house staff
  • Be a Brand Ambassador in your community
  • Other projects assigned by the General Manager

Position Requirements

  • Minimum 2+ years of  restaurant management experience
  • Supervise, administer and coach the team members
  • Knowledge of restaurant operations
  • Effective oral and written communication skills
