Client OverviewOur client has been a Washington, DC area favorite since 1986 when the brothers were told "Start a business or go to college.” The business route won and the family opened a carry-out burger joint in Arlington, Virginia. The family served only hand-formed burgers cooked to perfection on a grill along with fresh-cut fries cooked in pure peanut oil. The little burger joint quickly developed a cult-like following. Press paid attention. Customers voted the burger "#1" in the metro area.

Position Overview & Responsibilities

We are actively recruiting for our Hospitality Client who operates a very popular QSR restaurant with 10 total units in Minnesota.  We are looking for an experienced multi-unit leader or advanced GM that is ready to move up to the next level.  This opportunity is offering up to $60k annually.  Need is for one of the nation’s fastest growing QSR Restaurant Chains in the country.  Great benefits to include lucrative bonus programs, paid vacations and more!

Position Requirements

  • You must have worked as a multi-unit manager for at least 1 year or have some experience with advanced GM responsibilities
  • You must be at least 21 years old.
  • You must have full flexibility with your schedule.
  • Good longevity in current and past positions.
  • No more than 3-4 jobs in the last 10 years
