Position Overview & Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for media and marketing agency partnerships, providing input to their work and managing deliverables on behalf of the Brand & Creative team.
  • Partner with Strategy team to manage and expedite deliverables through the project pipeline for traditional and digital media and marketing plans, including radio, print, digital display, SEM, SEO, Web, and more.
  • Manage and execute promotional and events calendars, communicating with stakeholders across the organization.
  • Utilize project management methodologies (RACI) to facilitate communication and expectations within marketing project timelines.
  • Report to stakeholders on a weekly basis of all marketing activities and campaign results.
  • Serve as captain for a multi-million-dollar marketing budget.

Position Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing
  • Experienced in project management methodologies and best practices.
  • Able to prioritize opposing demands for multiple internal clients.
  • Highly organized and highly detail oriented.
  • Agency experience is a plus!
  • Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal skills.
