Position Overview & Responsibilities

  • Run floor shifts; ensure each role is filled on shift, assign & approve opening & closing sidework, & make sure the guests are happy.
  • Perform all opening & closing manager duties and record completion in Blanket; set up cash drawers, monitor cash in the building, make sure orders are put away, and the team has what they need to execute the day.
  • Recruit, Source & Interview potential applicants. Goal of 5 interviews per week. We use Indeed.
  • Hire, Onboard, and schedule team orientations every week with HOE, ensure onboarding paperwork is 100% before starting.
  • Oversee New Hires to ensure training program is followed, quizzes are taken daily, and they are up to speed and a great culture fit within 10 days.
  • Train & coach FOH & Bar staff to meet our service standards and always be improving
  • Write FOH & Bar schedules within Labor targets and budgets. React to daily volume to ensure goals ar being met
  • Complete the Weekly Scorecard every Monday by 11am on your result categories.
  • Other duties not listed here that may be assigned by supervisors.

Position Requirements

  • ServSafe Certified & TIPS Certified in good standing,
  • 3-5 years of high volume restaurant management experience required,
  • Working knowledge of general restaurant operations, including personnel management, food planning and preparation, purchasing, sanitation and health codes, and security,
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills,
  • Comfortable setting priorities and delegating tasks as needed,
  • Extremely organized and detail-oriented
