Position Overview & Responsibilities

The smooth function of the entire dining room, ensuring that all guest expectations are met or exceeded in accordance to restaurant standards.
Supervising staff and stations throughout the dining room and restaurant, managing communication between the front desk, kitchen and tables.
Ongoing training and development all FOH positions to maximize potential, while organizing and supervising staff schedules, side-work, cleanliness of dining rooms/facilities as well as bar service matters.
Supporting the General Manager and for the overall success of the restaurant and the future return of each guest.

Position Requirements

MINIUMUM 2+ YEARS in a Management position
Experience in fine dining/upscale establishment
Must FULLY understand the concept of Hospitality and be able to engage Guests & Staff in the most courteous, professional manner
Maintain polished professional appearance
Strong sense of urgency
