Position Overview & Responsibilities

Restaurant manager responsibilities include maintaining the restaurant’s revenue, profitability and quality goals. You will ensure efficient restaurant operation, as well as maintain high production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards. To be successful in this role, you’ll need management skills and experience in both front and back of the house. We want you to know how to oversee the dining room, check-in with customers and balance seating capacity. Back of the house management experience is also essential, as you’ll hire qualified cooks and wait staff, set work schedules, oversee food prep and make sure we comply with health and safety restaurant regulations. We’ll expect you to lead by example and uplift our staff during busy moments in our fast-paced environment. Ultimately, you will ensure our restaurant runs smoothly and customers have pleasant dining experiences.


  • Medical (Oklahoma Network = Preferred Community Choice), Dental (Guardian), and Vision (Guardian).  Cost shared on each plan.
  • $50,000 term Life Insurance and AD&D policy provided free.
  • Short-term Disability policy provided free (from day 8 – 180).
  • LTD policy is available for employee purchase (covers day 180 thru retirement).
  • 401k after 1 year, entry dates are January 1 and July 1.  Company matches 50% up to a maximum of 2.5% (employee contribution 5%).
  • 2 weeks of vacation earned upon 1 year of service (we allow 1 week early after 6 months during first year).  3 weeks after 5 years of service.
  • Up to 5 sick/personal days allowed each anniversary year.
  • 5 Floating Holidays each anniversary year to be scheduled periodically to make up for days our corporate office is closed but cafes are open.
  • Free meal benefit on workdays.
  • Employee referral program = total of $500 for shift supervisor referrals, $1000 for assistant managers.

Position Requirements

  • Proven work experience as a Restaurant Manager
  • Proven customer service experience as a manager
  • Extensive food and beverage (F&B) knowledge, with ability to remember and recall ingredients and dishes to inform customers and wait staff
  • Strong leadership, motivational and people skills
  • Acute financial management skills
  • BSc degree in Business Administration; hospitality management or culinary schooling is a plus
