Take it to-go or dine in with us; our quick service style allows you to have fresh BBQ fast - no waiting for a table or service. If you want to call ahead for carry out or arrange a large catering we can do that too!!! They are dedicated to creating high-quality hand-crafted food. They smoke all our meats in-house daily over smoldering "Sweet Maplewood" for that mouth-watering BBQ taste and we offer fresh made-from-scratch sides.

Position Overview & Responsibilities

We are looking for a talented and dedicated Restaurant Manager to join our team  Live the life of a Pitmaster! The successful candidate will have restaurant management experience. We're looking for a creative, motivating professional who doesn't mind contributing to prep work or delivering food when necessary, but who won't be afraid to delegate. You will report to the Restaurant General Manager and have the opportunity to hire and train staff. The job requires approximately 50 hours per week including mornings, nights and weekends.  
  • Experience in a high-volume, counter service concepts
  • Cleanliness, excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to stay calm and focused under pressure & maintain consistency and great quality in a fast-paced setting
  • People who are communicative, passionate, productive, humble, with a sense of humor, a willingness to learn and re-learn
