Position Overview & Responsibilities

  • Great work ethic - knows to do whatever it takes to make things happen and get the job done with an innate sense of urgency
  • Comfortable working 10+ hour shifts, open availability (Opens, Mids, Closes)
  • Ability to work under pressure, switch gears quickly, and complete a very high volume of top quality work.
  • Excellent verbal & written communication skills.
  • Willing to give a three year verbal commitment for employment
  • Willingness to relocate preferred - Columbus, Cincinnati, Cleveland
  • Interest in local, organic sourcing of ingredients
  • Experience working in made-from-scratch kitchens
  • Interest in sustainability
  • Passion for distinctively high quality food & service
  • Naturally positive, optimistic and enthusiastic

Position Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree (Business, Hospitality, Culinary Arts preferred)
  • Cumulative GPA of 3.4 or higher + working while enrolled
  • OR 3.0 or higher, while working 30+ hours/week or track record of success in athletics (i.e. varsity athletics)
  • Strong record of success is needed
