Position Overview & Responsibilities

Assist in every function of running the restaurant – from prepping food to cleaning the floors--no clip board holders here!
Work closely with team in ensuring the Core Values are practiced always
Suggest and participate in sales building programs
Quality control in service standards, food prep and safety/sanitation, store cleanliness, etc.
Build great, professional relationships with employees, vendors and guests
Assist in financial aspects from budgets to P&L
Foster a fun, friendly, family-oriented environment

Vacation starts after 6 months of service. All Managers start with 2 weeks’ vacation. When promoted to GM get 4 Weeks of Annual Vacation.
