Shift Manager - Management responsibilities for operations of high volume counter-serve, fast casual restaurant

Position Requirements

  • Minimum 2 year of experience as a Shift Leader or Assistant Manager in a customer-focused QSR or QCR
  • Safe food certified
  • Guest-focused, high energy
  • Strong leadership skills
  • Some experience with performance management a plus
  • Some experience with coaching & corrective action a plus
  • Excellent administrative skills
