Position Overview & Responsibilities

Unique casual-service concept, is seeking a strong Restaurant Manager to head up our FOH operations. We are searching for a "Hit the Floor Running" individual who is a self starter able to help in driving top line sales, train and develop staff, manage / reduce bar and restaurant costs.  Our Restaurant Brand is a well-established craft beer driven casual concept, focusing on non-fried baked wings n such plus seafood, flat bread pizzas, burgers and pastas, there are no fryers in our restaurants! The Restaurant Manager will be working directly under the General Manager to manage daily operations.


Monthly Heath Cost Per diem

Position Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years restaurant management experience
  • High volume experience preferred ($2+ million per year) but not required
  • Energetic - high energy personality
  • Strong leadership, organizational and communication skills
  • Both creative and effective problem-solving skills
  • Ability to multitask and manage several projects simultaneously
  • Familiarity with Restaurant Financials - Profit and Loss Statements
  • Basic administrative skills (Microsoft Office)
  • Serve-Safe Food Manager Certificate
  • Responsible Service of Alcohol Manager Certificate
