Position Overview & Responsibilities

  • Ensure customers receive exceptional service
  • Record keeping of labor, food, liquor, etc.
  • Ensure policies and procedures are adhered to
  • Build positive relationships with vendors and internal employees
  • Promote a positive atmosphere for workers of all levels
  • Ensure procedures and policies are adhered to
  • Training, coaching, and corrective action

Position Requirements

  • At least 2-5 years of management experience in a high volume, $3M to $5M, environment
  • Must have an upscale casual dining background.
