Position Overview & Responsibilities

Ensuring new and existing staff complies with company policy
Training FOH staff to follow restaurant procedures and standards
Ensuring all FOH team has food knowledge on current menu and specials
Ability to engage with guest during table visits
Maintaining safety and service quality standards
Keeping customers happy and handling complaints
Organizing schedules for all FOH departments
Staffing to business volume while keeping track of employee hours to maintain labor budget

Position Requirements

The individual must have at least 2 years of experience in a full-service, fine dining restaurant with a Bar.
Extensive Wine and general Bar knowledge is necessary in order to be successful in their role.
The candidate should haven experience inn training staff, writing schedules, inventories and P&L reviews.
